We will spend the evening with you building our your company’s Organizational Chart, identifying your biggest pain points, and showing how your pieces can work together in a better and more efficient way. In a few hours, we will be able to get to the heart of many of the issues you’ve been having—and offer immediate solutions.
We will spend the first day with management and ownership reviewing the vision for your company and the Systems & Processes in place to get you there. Tim will focus on Sales, the Showroom & Marketing while Grant focuses on Installation, Service and the Warehouse. By the end of the day, you will have a clear plan of the immediate next steps that need to be taken.
We will start with an early morning breakfast to go over the role of an owner in a company. Next, we will work with your team on their “Big Three”—these are the most important things to move your business forward. As follow up, we will provide you a written summary of the trip that includes strengths that your business should press into, weak points that need to be addressed, and the next steps to take in order to grow.
