What do I do when my Business gets a Bad Google Review – Question of the Day #1

This happened to me about three days ago and I thought it was worth saying something about it. Bad Reviews happen to every business, the question is what you do with it. Hopefully you care about your customers, so something like this is a big deal. In this video I explain what I did to address the situation, both with my customer and my team members who were involved.
